From October 15 until October 18, McDonald’s
gave hundreds of motorists a chance to get a special surprise while they were
in transit!
Feeling lucky? Drive in to McDonald's Drive-Thru and get a special treat. Yeah, you heard me right. They are giving away special treats for motorists that will match the lucky color of the day. It is their way of saying thank you for all of us. Sweetness overload right?
The mechanics was simple – each day is
given a lucky car color and if your car is a match, you get a chance to join
the Lucky Drive. The first 100 customers in every participating store got the day's
freebie. For the first and last day, it was the new Chicken Muffin followed by
Coke McFloat on the second day, then Medium Fries on the third day.
A lot of people eagerly anticipated the
announcements for the lucky color of the day. Some found out through their
social media such as Facebook and Twitter, and others heard about it through
their favorite radio jocks. Those who were lucky to join in the fun even shared
their Lucky Drive experience on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Families,
friends and even solo drivers were happy to stop by and join McDonald’s unique
activity for Metro Manila motorists.
